 Salaam-e-Ishq girl Anjana Sukhani says her stint on the show Fear Factor with Akshay Kumar was pleasurable for praise from the master of action.Anjana was one of 13 hotties who spent three weeks in South Africa with Akki while they shot for the show, doing things with bugs and animals that would freak normal people out.One of the dares given was to spent time in an enclosed space with more than 50 rats, something that Anjana says she did without stress

“I was told to be with all types of rats small big and there were around 50 to 70 rats that were going up and down my body,” says the lovely Anjana, “Instead of freaking out, I was laughing as they were tickling me!”

The support came not just from Akshay’s words, says Anjana but also the fact that he put his money where his mouth was.

 “Before we girls began on our dares, Akshay used to do the opening stunt which for us were very scary,” she said, “Some of these which will freak the audiences. I remember two stunts in particular which I will never forget.”

And Anjana was all praise for the Khatron Ka Khiladi.

“Akshay is a real master of mind and body. He does every stunt with perfection, given the experience he’s had, some 20 years in the business. He would chant the Gayatri Mantra telling us that it was very powerful and what kept him focused.”

The other girls on the show are Yaana Gupta, Aditi Govtrikar, Pooja Bedi, Sonali Kulkarni, Anita Hasnandani, Meghna Naidu, Tapur Chatterjee, Tupur Cahtterjee, Nethra Raghuraman, Dipannita Sharma, Vidya Malvade and Urvashi Sharma. Nethra Raghuraman is the winner, defeating Pooja Bedi.

Kim Misses Racing Carnival due to divorce With His Husband

Melbourne: Kim Kardashian, who jetted Down Under to promote a new range of handbags merely hours after filing for divorce, has said that she will be unable to attend the spring racing carnival in the wake of her “devastating” divorce to Kris Humphries.

The 31-year-old TV personality is said to have signed a 150,000 dollars contract with Swisse for a one-hour appearance.

“I am very disappointed that I am unable to attend the Swisse marquee but I hope to come back and work with the Swisse team at another point in time,” the Herald Sun quoted her as saying.The socialite’s decision is at odds with an interview in which she said she “really didn’t want to bail on everyone”.

A spokesman for the vitamin’s giant confirmed the withdrawal and said that they were disappointed.

“All indications were that Kim wanted to fulfill all of her commitments once she landed in Australia but has obviously changed her mind given her very difficult personal challenges at the moment,” the spokesman said.

Why Emraan won’t Kiss Vidya Balan,Ever since his debut in `Murder`, Emraan Hashmi has owned the patent of being a “serial kisser” in Bollywood. The actor who is busy working on his upcoming flick `The Dirty Picture`, with Vidya Balan has refrained from kissing his co-star!Reportedly, Emraan did not want people to code this film as a “typical Emraan Hashmi film” on seeing the promos of the film that showed him locking lips with Vidya.

Talking to a tabloid, a source said, “Emraan felt that the kiss or any intimacy between him and Vidyas character would give the idea of `The Dirty Picture` being a typical Emraan Hashmi film.”`The Dirty Picture` happens to be Ekta Kapoor’s most ambitious project till date. Directed by Milan Luthria, the film has explicit scenes featuring Vidya Balan and her co-stars Naseeruddin Shah, Tusshar Kapoor and Emraan.

“And most importantly, the character he (Emraan) plays is consumed with hatred for Vidya`s character. As the story progresses, the hatred gradually transforms into love. That`s why Emraan pointed out that the lip-lock in the poster would seem out of context,” added the source.

Explaining what made him abstain from kissing Vidya, Emraan said, “The graph of my relationship with Vidya`s character is very different from that of the other men in the film. So I felt that this aspect should come across. I suggested it to Milan and Balaji and they took it on board.”
